The following rules coincide with Pacific Empire Radio’s Standard contest rules, governing the Shilo Inn Give Away

1. No purchase necessary

2. All winners must be at least 18 years of age.

3. One winner per household, address, or email address.

4. Pacific Empire Radio reserves the right to alter, amend, or conclude this promotion without prior notice.

5. All standard Pacific Empire Radio contesting rules apply.

6. All prizes must be redeemed at 1327 E 17^th, Idaho Falls, ID 83401

7. Valid picture ID must be presented at the time of prize redemption.
8. Pacific Empire Radio accepts no responsibility for rules and regulations imposed by Shilo Inns for the use of their Scrip
9. Winner understands that Scrip given away can only be used at certain locations (call Shilo Inns at 800-222-2244 to inquire about a specific location.)
10. Winner understands that no cash is refunded for Scrip overpayment.
11. Winner understands that Scrip may be used for basic room charge only. Tax and other room charges must be paid in cash.
12. Winner understands that Shilo Inns will only honor Scrip on reservations made in advance.
13. Winner understands that Shilo Inns must be made aware that payment will be by Scrip WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE.
